Why do these things take so long?
It’s is the easiest experience you will ever have reporting that pothole, streetlight or abandoned couch.
In our view there are 2 main reasons.
The first reason is that in many cases the entities that can fix it just don’t know that it needs to be fixed. If they don’t know, they can’t fix it.
Second, and the main reason why they “don’t know”, is that the folks that see the issues (citizens, residents - the public) just have not been given the right tool to report them.
